Can I compare with a coworker or friend?
Coming soon: you'll be able to invite someone by email to take the free career test, then compare once they share their results.
How long does the test take?
Most people finish in 3 to 9 minutes. There are no wrong answers.
What does the Overall score mean?
It shows how easily two work styles fit together. A lower score does not mean you can't work well together. It shows where to put in a little extra effort.
What happened to the Relationship Tool?
The Personality Compare Tool replaces it. You'll find it in the same place in your member menu, with new charts and tips.
Are famous people's results official?
No. Famous-person comparisons use estimated Personality Codes and are just for fun. They are not test results from those people.
