I signed up for premium knowing I could ask for a refund if I didn't like it — but it's legit. Blew my mind. Told me about my personality in a career context, said I'd like working in environmental fields, which is one of the areas I've always been drawn to. It gave me other career matches I hadn't thought about before.

It is the one worth paying for. I've checked out all the major career matching sites — Job Test, Princeton, and a few others. For 5 weeks I was looking for confirmation on what I should do with my life after discovering I didn't like my new job in finance. It's more than a list of careers — it gives a ton of information about each one, and I posted my favorite career match with my strengths on LinkedIn. It's the winner winner chicken dinner.

I've taken many tests — each with random questions that were clearly just introvert/extrovert screens. CareerFitter really got my personality right and filtered out career paths based on my work environment preferences. Definitely would recommend.
This one was the best because it talks about my personality strengths on the job and I can choose things I don't want in a career. I did the free test then the paid version. You get another free test in the paid version that shows things you don't want — like I'm not interested in working with big equipment or physical work. Also, each career listing gives way more detail and most have a video too. I like the ability to search for jobs — I'm looking for a direction right now.

This is a great career tool. The free test gave me a page confirming who I am, listed my strengths, salary info, and connected to other career tools like research and job searching. It was insightful about me and useful for research. One wish: I'd like to print my report, and they should add recession-resistant career filtering.

My brother took it and his results were completely different from mine — and exactly explained him. I took the free version twice and got consistent results that were exactly like me both times. The premium report has a lot of information! One thing: I'm not sure how to filter only the careers I want to see.
I think this one was the best because it connected my careers with videos and my personality strengths were very encouraging. Also, being able to screen out things I didn't want in a job was a nice feature. The only problem was I couldn't get into my dashboard for some reason but customer service was really nice and helped me. Four stars because of that — but thank you CareerFitter!
I've shared CareerFitter with about 30 people and all but one agree it described them remarkably accurately. I loved my unusual, hybrid career — and both options showed up in the recommendations when I took the test. The results have been helpful in explaining why some folks are unhappy in their current careers, and more useful in helping them get excited about a more challenging direction.
My school recommends these tests. I took the free version first to make sure it sounded like me — it definitely did; I prefer to work independently and my friends say I'm the peacemaker. The full version has way more information and the career details are easy to navigate. It's for sure worth it.
I did the free version first and it described me quite accurately. So my son took it too — his free results were very different from mine, which was a good sign. We got the full results for him and he loves the career videos. Overall I recommend it.
